John Palmer was previously Vice President of Derivatives and Head of US Options at Cboe Global Markets.  Prior to that Mr. Palmer was at CrossTower as the Global Head of Product Strategy where he was responsible for the digital exchange’s roadmap, go to market strategy and competitive position.  He has a BA from University of Mount Union and MS in Financial Engineering from Kent State University.
