Les Kovach

Editorial Director, TabbFORUM

 

An ASBPE award-winning editor, Les Kovach joined TABB Group in October 2012 as editorial director for TabbFORUM.  He helps set and directs the editorial vision for the TabbFORUM capital markets community website, ensuring the overall quality of the content and the user experience for the site’s more than 15,000 members.

 

Les has nearly 20 years of experience as an editor for digital and print media, ranging from dot-com start-ups to the world’s largest trade publishers. Prior to joining TABB, he spent eight years covering the financial services industry as group content manager for the InformationWeek Financial Services division, including the Advanced Tradingand Wall Street & Technology brands, where he drove the transition from traditional print-centric news organization to leading-edge digital media group. He cut his editorial teeth at the “Bible of sports annuals,” Advance Publications’ 60-year-old sports title, Street & Smith’s. He later went on to help develop and launch a consumer web portal for men and the lad magazine RAMP.

 

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in management with a minor in writing from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
