Anoosh is a pragmatic risk leader with expertise in process and enterprise risk management, policy design, implementation, blockchain and digital assets. Her career started in the public sector at a German NGO in Zimbabwe. Leaving Zimbabwe, she joined Citigroup in a variety of roles in Product and Risk Management across multiple locations including Johannesburg, Belfast, and London. During her time at Citi, Anoosh set up the Enterprise Risk Management Team in Belfast and later as the Deputy Head of GRC Methodology, she led global change initiatives to implement bank-wide control enhancement programs. Early during the pandemic, she decided to follow her interest in digital assets and take on a new challenge at Zodia Custody, where she is the Chief Risk Officer.
