Barbara Pozdorovkina is the Chief Growth Officer at LMAX Group, the leading operator of institutional FX and crypto currency execution venues.  LMAX Group is a key player in both the traditional capital markets and the crypto trading industry. Headquartered in the UK, the Group operates 6 exchanges globally and trades in excess of $25billion a day. In 2021, LMAX Group sold a minority stake to J.C. Flowers & Co.

Barbara has over 20 years of corporate strategy and business transformation experience in the financial services. Since 2011, she has been part of the LMAX Group senior management team, responsible for building the company into a leading player in capital markets. Prior to LMAX Group, Barbara ran PE backed business restructuring projects and was a Senior Manager in the Strategy & Operations practice at Deloitte. She holds an MBA from the London Business School (2003) and a BSc from Stern School of Business, NYU.
