Cheng Ju is leading index solutions for structured products and OTC derivatives in Americas region at MSCI. In this role, she’s responsible of building and growing MSCI Indexes footprint in these markets in Americas. 

 

Cheng joined MSCI in May 2020 from Credit Suisse with a decade of experience in equity derivatives structuring and multi-asset QIS development. Most recently, Cheng was a Director in Credit Suisse equity derivatives structuring team in New York. She headed structured payoffs segment in the Americas structuring team. She and her team developed innovative equity and cross-asset derivative payoffs and trade ideas, as well as indices for clients seeking yield enhancement and portfolio hedging. Prior to that, Cheng focused on developing multi-asset risk premia indices at Credit Suisse. Cheng holds a Master of Science degree from MIT and Bachelor of Science degree from National University of Singapore.
