Alex Kallelis is the Americas Head of Business Development at Hidden Road.  An industry veteran with two decades of experience within the financial markets, Alex possesses a deep understanding across the spectrum of global spot and derivatives markets. Having worked closely with quant and systematic firms and strategies throughout his career, Alex places a strong emphasis on institutional-grade market structure. His specific skills and expertise include implementing strong risk governance and delivering capital-efficient solutions across multiple asset classes. As a senior member of the Hidden Road team, Alex applies these skills to a diverse and expanding group of market participants. 

Prior to joining Hidden Road, Alex was an Executive Director at JPMorgan selling the Prime and Derivative Clearing services (FX and Securities prime brokerage (PB), Futures & Options and OTC Clearing) to the world’s largest hedge funds, asset managers and proprietary trading firms. Earlier in his career, Alex helped build and manage the FX PB business at JPMorgan and was previously part of the FX PB team at AIG Trading Group, an early market leader in counterparty credit intermediation. Alex earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ithaca College.
