Richard Pooley is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Boston office. Heis a member of the Global 

Technology & Professional ServicesPractice and leads the firm’s Blockchain/Cryptocurrency 

business.

He focuses on C-level roles covering the software/fintech and cryptocurrency sectors for a broad range of organizations ranging from privately owned/PE backed high growth businesses to publicly owned corporations.

​

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Richard was a member of the Global Technology & Professional Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, and before this, he was a member of CTPartners’ Professional Services.

​

Earlier in his career, Richard worked at Ernst & Young in London and was then a Partner at Rockpools, a London-based search boutique, where he helped build the Technology & Professional Services Practice.

He graduated with a degree in law from the University ofNorthumbria (Newcastle, England).
